Return and Refund Policy

 

All Matchy Mutts products are custom made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include a clear photo showing the problem. There is no need to ship the product back to us.

 

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund at your discretion.

 

How to Report an Issue

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Order Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our products go into production quickly, we can only guarantee cancellation if the order has not yet entered production.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
